Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the retail store to maintain efficient and consistent business operations
Plan store activities, establish operational priorities, and review overall performance to ensure sales and service objectives are achieved
Lead retail staff, delegate work assignments, monitor performance, and provide guidance to maintain effective store operations
Review customer preferences, market conditions, sales trends, and competitor activities to identify product demand and sales opportunities
Select and arrange the purchase of health supplements, vitamins, and other retail products based on customer demand, inventory requirements, and sales performance
Determine the appropriate product mix and merchandise offerings for the store based on market demand and business objectives
Prepare and manage store budgets, monitor sales revenue and operating expenses, and take appropriate measures to maintain financial performance
Develop and carry out promotional and marketing initiatives to increase product awareness, customer traffic, and retail sales
Assess staffing needs and participate in the recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of retail employees
Address customer concerns, product availability issues, inventory shortages, and other operational matters in a timely manner
Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback and direction to support service standards and operational goals

Job requirements:

Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in retail or wholesale sales industry is required
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Language: English
