Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $40.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 280 Guelph Street, Suite FC6, Georgetown, Ontario L7G 4B1

Job Duties:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, coordinating kitchen and front of house workflow to maintain consistent service
• Manage the operating budget, allocating costs for food, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies to support profitability
• Track revenue figures to control labour costs and adjust staffing levels
• Hire and schedule staff for kitchen and front of house positions based on operational needs
• Lead staff through daily service, assessing performance and providing direction during shifts
• Instruct staff on service standards, food handling and safety procedures
• Establish service offerings and implement operational procedures for the location
• Uphold health and safety regulations across all restaurant activities
• Arrange supplier contracts and coordinate client bookings for catering inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns to maintain satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Language: English
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Experience: 5 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry is preferred
