Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $40.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 2

Job Duties:

• Analyze operational budgets and financial performance to maximize store profitability
• Establish comprehensive budgets for food, beverage, inventory, and operational supplies
• Plan and direct overall restaurant operations to ensure maximum workflow efficiency
• Negotiate pricing and supply contracts with food and beverage vendors to control costs
• Monitor daily revenue streams to adjust labor targets and control labor expenditure
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding to maintain appropriate restaurant staffing levels
• Execute daily financial reconciliation, manage cash flows, and oversee profit-and-loss reporting
• Ensure full compliance with provincial liquor licensing laws and alcohol service standards
• Enforce strict health, occupational safety, and food sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
• Execute localized marketing strategies and promotional initiatives to expand the customer base

Job requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
