Description
A busy professional family residing in Carignan is looking for an in-home childcare provider to care for one child and perform light household duties, including housekeeping and meal preparation.
This is a permanent, full-time position, consisting of 40 hours per week, 5 days per week, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour break. The hourly wage is $19.00.
The employee will have two days off per week, Saturday and Sunday. Optional accommodation at the employer's residence is available at no additional cost.
The caregiver may also be required to assume responsibility for the child and perform light household duties in the absence of the parents.
Languages: English or French.
Required Skills:
Punctuality, reliability, good judgment, sense of responsibility, strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and experience working with children.
Education:
Secondary school diploma or equivalent experience.
Work Experience:
One year to less than two years of experience in childcare, or equivalent education or experience directly relevant to the responsibilities of the position, is required.
