• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $39.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 7400 Macleod Terminal SE Suite 17, Calgary, AB T2H 0L9

Job Duties:

• Estimate and control budget requirements for food items and kitchen inventory
• Track food expenditures, sales trends, and ingredient consumption patterns
• Oversee and execute the preparation of complete meals and signature specialty dishes
• Train kitchen team members on precise food preparation methods, cooking techniques, and safety standards
• Guide cooks on daily prep routines, garnishing, and plating standards
• Supervise, schedule, and direct kitchen staff during service hours
• Prepare and cook specialty dishes for daily dining service and special events
• Procure food ingredients and manage stock levels for essential kitchen supplies
• Develop menu concepts and maintain strict quality control standards for all served dishes

Job requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in commercial cooking is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
