Position Info:
- Position: Baker
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $21.00/hour
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 2

Benefits:

- Up to $2,500 annual allowance (after 6 months)
Job Duties:
- Measure, mix, and prepare various types of dough, batters, and fillings following standardized recipes and custom customer specifications
- Operate commercial baking ovens to bake prepared doughs and batters to precise baking temperatures and times
- Apply glazes, icings, and artistic decorations to finished pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
- Safely handle and operate bakery equipment, including commercial mixers, dough dividers, proofers, and ovens
- Ensure baked products meet quality standards for freshness, taste, and appearance
- Keep baking supplies and raw materials organized and readily available for daily production
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and food safety throughout the baking station and food preparation areas
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of commercial baking experience is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
