Our business needs One Full-Time Permanent Baker to join our team as soon as possible.

Job Title :    Baker

Wage    :     $20/hour, 40 hours per week, Mondays thru Fridays 

Location :    Winnipeg, MB

Type of Employment  :  Full-Time/Permanent

Job Description : 

• Prepare dough for pies, bread rolls and sweet goods ,
• Batters for muffins, cookies and cakes 
• Requisition/order materials, equipment and supplies
• Bake mixed dough and batters
• Prepare special orders 
• Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods 
• Ensure that quality of prooducts meets established standards
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas
• Operate machinery
• organize/maintain inventory
• oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods 

Food Specialties:  Bread and Rolls

Work Setting     :   Convenience Store

Job Skills/Requirements:

• Baking and Pastry Arts/Baker/Pastry Chef -or equivalent experience 
• 1 year work related experience
