Implement and enforce workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards, along with staff conduct guidelines to maintain industry compliance
Schedule therapist work shifts, manage daily appointment schedules, and allocate treatment rooms to ensure optimal salon capacity and customer flow
Manage operational budgets, control inventory levels for professional spa skincare products and supplies, and handle vendor purchasing
Recruit, onboard, and train aestheticians and spa therapists on operational standards, hygiene guidelines, and client care procedures while supervising daily performance
Regularly evaluate daily business performance and service standards to identify operational efficiency and service improvements
Oversee and direct daily spa operations to maintain high service quality, hygiene standards, and smooth workflow across facial, body scrub, and massage departments
Handle client feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain salon reputation
Coordinate and manage advertising contracts and marketing strategies to promote spa packages and attract new clients

Job requirements:

Experience: 3–5 years of supervisory experience in the beauty, spa, or personal care industry is required
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Language: English
