Duties/Responsibilities:

Evaluate the developmental needs of infants and toddlers and create individualized care and early learning plans
Design and deliver age-appropriate programs involving sensory exploration, gentle movement, and early social and cognitive development
Provide attentive daily care, including feeding, diaper changes, personal hygiene, and comforting infants and toddlers
Prepare suitable snacks and organize feeding, play, and rest areas according to children's individual routines
Conduct interactive activities such as storytelling, singing, music, and creative play to encourage early learning and development
Support toddlers in developing independence with feeding, dressing, and age-appropriate toileting routines
Monitor children's developmental milestones and identify potential learning, behavioural, or developmental concerns
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their children's daily routines, progress, and individual needs
Ensure a clean, secure, and nurturing childcare environment that supports the health and well-being of infants and toddlers
Work collaboratively with other educators and childcare professionals to provide consistent, individualized care
Participate in staff meetings to review children's development, share observations, and improve childcare practices

Requirements:

Language: English
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience is required
Education: College Certificate or diploma in early childhood education is required
Certification: First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Infant/Toddler Educator Certificate
